No. The difference lies in their hunger.

Maria is hungry. It drives her through a world broken by a disease no one understands and no one can stop. Grappling with her nature, threats from every shadowed nook, and the ache in her stomach that never settles, she finds her path crossing with a child in need. Now she's tasked with getting that child to safety before they're both swallowed by the gaping maw snapping at their heels.
